Hurricane Danielle
After a pretty dull summer, the East Coast is finally getting their shot at the big leagues. Back to back hurricane swells are due for the next week, and conditions are looking pretty good for most areas. If any of you are going to be present and want to contribute some photos to the website, and possibly for me to use in an article, that would be AWESOME! Feel free to email them to austin@globalsurfreports.com and let me know how your session was, or what you saw. As far as the Pacific side goes, we've still got some leftover southern hemi bringing some fun waves to the coast, but the long range isn't too promising.

Glorious Morning
It looks beautiful out there.... sets are starting to roll in. The period of waiting is over. This is for you guys in California by the way. Central America already knows what I'm talking about. East Coast... well, don't worry you'll get your chance looks like there could be a groundswell head your way pretty soon.

Back to Back to Back
Alright, we've got swell headed up the Pacific Coast. Central America is in for some decent sized surf over the next week, with potential for DOH+ at least a couple days. Then the swell should travel up the coast, hitting Baja, Socal and finally the Central Coast and Northern California early next week!
Again if you're interested check out the pintail I have for sale below. I'm asking 275 for it. Feel free to use the Facebook links under these posts or at the bottom of the reports to share my photos, that board for sale, or just the reports with your friends! thanks everyone for your support.

Channel Islands 7'2" Semigun
If anyone in California is looking to pick up a big wave board before the season gets underway, I have a 7'2" x 19 1/2" x 2 7/8" pintail. The board is in really good condition with the exception of a pressure ding on the bottom
swell headed for the Jersey Shore
It looks like some easterly swell should start to pick up over the next couple days hitting the Mid-Atlantic State. Central America has a couple pulses headed up for next weekend, and here in California we're in a dull state of very small surf. Hope everyone has a safe and eventful weekend.

Double Edged Sword
The easiest days to do my job, the days when it takes the least amount of time, freeing up my afternoons, is when there is no surf. Pathetic and frustrating is all I can say. But looking out a bit further... There could be a sizable south swell headed up out of the Southern Ocean later this week. Central America can expect to see some swell for around the 19th or 20th... and California a couple days later.

Things are looking better
East Coast! finally some tropical action headed your way this weekend. Lets hope that the winds cooperate, and offer up some fun summer time surf. As for the Pacific, Central America is looking at a decent swell due tomorrow, which should move up the coast, bringing surf to California over the weekend.

Deprived
I swear its been over a month since I've really gotten out and surfed. This summer is starting to become very lame. South swells aren't really making the cut where I live, and there hasn't been much time for any trips, today could be the day... the Pacific is offering up a couple of pulses of south swell, so if you're feeling deprived like I have been, you should probably take advantage and get out in the water. East Coast, could see some tropical swell headed up for the weekend. Here are a couple more shots to check out. Feel free to leave me some comments, or share them with people on facebook, twitter, etc.
