Memorial Day

Well, I hope all of you enjoy your Memorial Day, hopefully you're able to get out in the water and take a moment to reflect on what it means to you and your family.  For those of you not in the US and who don't know what I'm talking about, enjoy the fact that you're getting some swell right now... have a good day everyone.

surf update

declining surf for most of the world this weekend, things could pick up next week though.

tropical depression

....as a possible tropical depression off the coast off Central America brings some unwanted winds and weather to the coast, epic conditions have been blessing parts of the East Coast thanks to a tropical low off the Carolina coast.  Meanwhile crappy weather on the West Coast is making us all depressed and wishing we were somewhere tropical....

Alright well to cure my lack of surf issues, i went out for a little knee high log riding last night, and had a fun time.... Hopefully I'll be able to bust out the shorter boards soon, especially with this large SW groundswell headed up the Pacific Coast.  Central America should start seeing it today, followed by Hawaii, and the California Coast.  East Coast is starting to look better as well, with some swell headed for next week.  Hurricane seasons knocking on the front door!

Surf Starved

Well, the Channel Islands have officially started to drive me nuts.  With no surf on the last south, I'm hoping something can get through this time, or I may go insane!

Central America is about to get womped on, as well as anywhere else in the Pacific that is in direct line of site of the upcoming southern hemi swell.  looks like fun!

Surf is looking to pick up this week in the Pacific, but the Atlantic is still seeing minimal wind swell. 

Woo Hoo the Weekend

Well its nice weather here in Santa Barbara, I just picked up my recent dumpster dive log from the repair shop, and am going to do some fun long boarding today.  Hope you all can find some surf to have as well.
