Back to the Basics

Well, its been about two weeks to the day, and it looks like Wetsand can't live with out me... well kinda.  I'm going to start posting my reports on the website once again, but on a contract basis.  It's still not like making a full time paycheck or anything, but it means I can keep doing what I love.  I will continue to update the reports on this blog, and hopefully will have my own site up soon.  In the mean time, thank you to everyone who donated a few bucks to keeping me fed over the past few weeks.  Its very much appreciated, and if you feel like continuing to support my reports, please feel free to continue donating.  Every penny counts!

Day 2

It's been a little over 24 hours now, and I'm still holding together.  No major melt downs, no fits of rage, no self pitying facial hydro messes.  I'm going to get started on updating the reports tomorrow.  Hopefully not too late in the day.  Not writing them on Wednesday screws everything up. 

The ultimate hold down

Well, here I am, sitting at my once beloved desk. Now, its just a reminder of how awesome life was yesterday. Covered in maps, sticky notes, and of course my computer. The one thing I have left essentially.

Well, wait not so fast... I've still got an education, and a love for the ocean. So here it goes, this is what happens after losing a dream job, for a company that was started based on the dream to bring free surf reports to the world. I intend on continuing to bring the same quality forecasts to this blog, as I did to Wetsand.com. At least until I have another outlet which will actually support me financially.

I hope you enjoy your reports, I will try to keep them as accurate as possible, and continue them on a regular basis...
